By attending the Awards Ceremony, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, videos, and audio recordings may be taken during the awards by the event organizers, their representatives, and/or authorized third parties. You acknowledge that these media assets may include your likeness, voice, and participation in gala activities. You agree to the following regarding any materials captured during the event for publicity and promotional purposes:
Ownership and Rights: The Awards Committee and its affiliated entities and sponsors shall own rights, title, and interest in the photographs, videos, audio recordings, or other media captured during the event, including the right to copyright, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify the materials.
Consent for Use
Consent for Use: You grant the Awards and its affiliated entities, sponsors, partners, etc. the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, and modify any photographs, videos, audio recordings, or other media captured during the event, which may include your likeness, voice, and participation.
Purpose of Use: The materials captured may be used for promotional, advertising, educational, or informational purposes related to the Awards and the organizers’ authorized third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, website content, social media posts, brochures, press releases, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
No Compensation: You understand and agree that no compensation, monetary or otherwise, will be provided for the use of your likeness, voice, or materials captured during the conference. This usage is voluntary and without any expectation of payment or royalties.
